Our ClinicsThe Run Inn clinics are designed to provide training and workouts with safety and fun in mind.
We offer groups for every level of fitness. Groups include fitness walkers, beginner runners through to six minute/mile runners.
Each training group has a leader to set the pace and offer advice.
Winter Running Programs (Tsawwassen)
Tuesday Evening Clinics
Tuesdays at 6:30pm
January 3 - March 20
Clinic Fee: $50 for the full 12 week clinic
$4 for a weekly drop-in
5 programs are offered:
Walking:
This program is designed for anyone interested in meeting new people, while checking out the local sites
Learn to Run:
This program is designed for the beginner runner or the runner who is coming back to running. This is a 8 week program that starts out with a 1 min. run and 4 min. walk and then gradually increases to a 30 min. non-stop run. The goal is to complete a 5k fun run.
7k:
Graduates of the Learn to Run group will find the 7k group as a stepping stone to the 10k group. We will start running 7 minutes and walking 2, working out way up to a 7k distance 10k: Gradually run your way up to a 10k distance. Perfect for those who have completed the Run-Walk, or want to train to run a 10k race.
Pace Groups:
These groups are designed for the individual who wants to complement their training with a speed workout. Pace groups start at 10:00/mile and increase in speed to 7:30/mile. Strength and pace is the main focus for these groups.

Clinic Fee: $45 for full 12 weeks
$4 drop-in 3 programs are offered:
Level 1: Begin to Run
These programs are designed for the individual who wants to start running or for the individual who wants to build a stronger running base Level 2: Base Building For graduates of the Begin to Run program or for runners who want to build a stronger running base. Runners will work on increasing the length of their runs from 30 to 50 minutes. Classic Clinic: Traditional track training designed to improve running speed.

Clinic Fee: $120 (plus HST)
Long runs will take place every Saturday morning at 8:00am from various locations around the city. We will introduce the benefits of a run/walk program to all participants throughout this clinic. The group will be split into specific pace groups, with leaders, from a 7:30 min/mile to a 12 min/mile pace. Long runs will increase in distance with each passing week.
Each participant also gets a complimentary entry for our Tuesday evening clinics.
A new participant to this clinic should be comfortable at a10km distance.
